Finding your photos online has never been easier. Once you land on the race gallery site (links to races
below), you just enter your bib number and search. All your tagged images will appear. If your bib

RANKED THE #1 BOSTON QUALIFIER

The Full marathon is a certified Boston Qualifer! It starts at ArcelorMittal Dofasco Park,
at Green Mountain Road and First Road East, Stoney Creek ON, (map) and the first 15k of the marathon
is along the back country roads of Hamilton, and the edge of the escarpment. You
will then head towards the Red Hill Expressway where you will meet up with some of the
half marathoners. You will enjoy this down hill coast and the beautiful scenery of the
Red Hill. It will be closed to traffic. Once you exit the Red Hill you will then start your journey
towards Beach Blvd, running towards Burlington and then turning towards the Waterfront Trail,
to finish the last 7 kms along the lake. This is a fast marathon route and rated
the #1 Boston Qualifier on Canadian soil, by marathonguide.com.

NO SAME DAY REGISTRATION

THERE IS REGISTRATION ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY OF THE RACE WEEKEND FOR THE FULL
OR HALF MARATHON, OR UNTIL WE REACH THE MAXIMUM RUNNERS. LAST YEAR WE SOLD OUT
AND THIS YEAR EXPECT TO HAVE OVER 3500 RUNNERS.
REGISTER EARLY AND DON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

PARKING AND REGISTRATION KIT PICK UP

Buses will be available for you at Confederation Park (Starting at 5:45a.m.) to shuttle
you to ArcelorMittal Dofasco Park where the start of the marathon will begin. The arena is
opened and there is lots of room inside to stay warm. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR BIB AND CHIP
BEFORE YOU GET TO ARCELORMITTAL DOFASCO PARK, ALL REGISTRATION KITS CAN ONLY
BE PICKED UP AT CONFEDERATION PARK! Please take advantage of the free bus shuttles at
Confederation Park and park your car at Confederation Park where there is lots of free parking!
There will be no shuttle after the race.

START TIME 8:00 a.m. at ARCELORMITTAL DOFASCO PARK

8:00 a.m. HADRIAN MARATHON - ARCELORMITTAL PARK (MAP)

Buses will be available for you at Confederation Park (Starting at 5:45 a.m.) to shuttle
you to ArcelorMittal Dofasco Park where the start of the marathon will begin
(Last bus for Marathon- 7:30 a.m.)

There will be no shuttle back to the starting area after the race.

Sorry, no in-line skates, roller-skates, bicycles, or dogs will be allowed on the course.

For the safety of all participants, we strongly recommend you do not wear iPods, walkmans, or
similar devices which inhibit your ability to hear surrounding sounds.

AID STATION & TIMING

The course will be marked every kilometer, as well as there will be one aid station every 3km.
We will serve water and e-load at the aid stations.

All events will be timed using the chip time disposable chip system. The chip is embedded in
your race bib and It is your responsibility to ensure that your clothing does not cover yur bib
and inactivate the chip.

RACE KIT

Kit Includes: Chip embedded bib, shirt, race day information, sponsor samples, and
promotion materials

Pickup Location: Confederation Park, 680 Van Wagners Beach Rd, Hamilton, On.

Pickup Dates and Times: Friday November 2/2012 12:00 noon till 6:00p.m.

Pickup Dates and Times: Saturday November 3/2012 8:00a.m - 5:00 p.m

Pickup Dates and Times: Sunday November 4/2012 5:30a.m - 7:15 a.m

Kits will not be mailed. Anyone can pick-up your kit at the expo. They may be asked for
identification and your confirmation number (if you registered online).

BAG CHECK

Bag check is available on SUNDAY at ArcelorMittal Dofasco Park. You must clearly mark
your bag with your bib number on it. Your bag will then be shuttled back to Confederation
Park where you can pick it up in the Registration Tent. You must have your Bib number to claim
your bag. Any bags not claimed will be donated to Helping Hands Street Mission. All clothing discarded
along the race route will be donated to charity.

PACE BUNNIES

Pace Bunnies will be provided for the full and half marathon. The bunnies will wear big ears and
you will easily find them at ArcelorMittal Dofasco Park. Larger ears are for the full and the
smaller ears will be for the half. Times listed in bold indicate continuous running and 10:1 pacing.
Faster times are continuous running and slower times are 10:1 pacers only. At the race start, line
up near your pace bunny. Pace times will be:

RACE BIBS — NEW — THE CHIPS ARE ATTACHED TO YOUR BIB

NEW THIS YEAR—THE CHIPS ARE ATTACHED TO YOUR BIBS! Your bib must be visible
and NOT covered during the race!The chips are disposable. Please be sure to write your
full name, emergency contact information and any allergies or health conditions you have on
the back of your race bib.

TIMING CHIPS — NEW — THE CHIPS ARE ATTACHED TO YOUR BIB

Participants are responsible for verifying that the timing chip device provided by Chip time Results
or the participants own device is working properly prior to race and worn correctly during the race.
Any problems with the timing chip device must be addressed at the Health and Fitness Expo at
the corrections desk. NEW THIS YEAR—THE CHIPS ARE ATTACHED TO YOUR BIBS!
Your bib must be visible and NOT covered during the race! The chips are disposable.
